Directions
From Thurso, follow the A836 to Castletown. At the Post Office, turn right onto the B876 to Wick road. On entry into Bowermadden, turn right passing the row of houses and Primary School. Pass the Bower Inn and keep following this road until you come to the crossroads, where you will see the war memorial and village hall. Turn left here. Pass the old church and after the bend in the road, you will see the site on your left hand side.
